90’s Kid Mystery Kit Unboxing

9:00 AM

I am a 90’s kid and this mystery kit just made my 90s kid feels burning!

So I just celebrated my 20th birthday and I received this very “timely” (literally and figuratively) gift from the bae. I was laughing when I first saw the box because I really don’t know what 90s things to expect inside it. “Will there be a Walkman? Walkie Talkie?” such questions lingered in my head.

If you were given this kind of box with “90s Kid Mystery Kit” written inside, what will you be expecting to be inside it? Share your thoughts below!

Anyways, here are the things I got!

Brick Game!

I always play this toy whenever I accompany my mom during choir practices at church. I never knew how to actually play the game until I reached Junior year in High School. I always though that Brick Game (Tetris) is played by having the blocks reach the top at the fastest possible time. It's the other way around pala. :(

Snakes and Ladders

I personally believe that all 90s kid have received a Snake & Ladders game board as a gift during birthdays and/or Christmas Parties once in their life!

*Forgot the name of this*

Anyone still remember what this game is called? I used to play with this when I was like in pre-school? I just kept on pressing and pressing those buttons back then. haha!

Bubbles

You are doomed if you don't know how to use this. Yes. You are.

Jack Stone

I was surrounded by "sporty" classmates back in elementary. I never had a sport before and when people ask me what sports I play, I tell them that I am a varsity player... VARSITY PLAYER OF JACKSTONE!

Paper Dolls

My favorite when I was in gradeschool. This costs 1 peso per piece back then!

Plastic Balloon

This one's my favorite! No more no less.

Calculator Watch?

Never had this one when I was younger though. Teenagers during the years 1999-2003 probably would know this one. right?

*Forgot the name of this one too*

This one's a "Ninong's favorite gift" every Christmas. Well... for us that is. hahaha! My mom's college friends loved to give us this toy as gifts for Christmas- specially to my brother.

CANDIES!

Yup! They included our ever- favorite 90s kid snack/candies! My personal favorite is "DooDoo"! What's yours? Comment them down!

Candies:

- Haw Haw
- Mik Mik
- Rolling Balls
- Stay Fresh
- Yakee!
- DooDoo

  6. Awwww, so cute! I remember 90% of these too. I guess that my mom still has some of those old toys stored somewhere in the house. She always likes to memorize the time we where little so she has some of my brothers 80s toys stored too. :)
